At the moment I'm in the skills development centre this consists of training on how to do basic skills.
The main skill I have learnt how to understand drawings, manuals and a work plan. I have also learn how to create a work report.
I am enjoying it a lot.
There has been deadlines on how long we have on each task and how many tasks we have to complete. At the moment it has been structured well.
At the moment not lots as we are training but there has been more then expected considering we are not in the same place as them.
There has been a lot of support with all tasks and if you require extra they are happy to help.
I think they push you to more then you expect but it helps as it proper's you for the future.
Yes there has been a few events within work.
Yes
I've enjoyed my start and I'm still enjoying it now.
Do work experience to see if you would enjoy it.
