    • At the moment I'm in the skills development centre this consists of training on how to do basic skills.

    • The main skill I have learnt how to understand drawings, manuals and a work plan. I have also learn how to create a work report.

    • I am enjoying it a lot.

    • There has been deadlines on how long we have on each task and how many tasks we have to complete. At the moment it has been structured well.

    • At the moment not lots as we are training but there has been more then expected considering we are not in the same place as them.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • There has been a lot of support with all tasks and if you require extra they are happy to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I think they push you to more then you expect but it helps as it proper's you for the future.

    • Yes there has been a few events within work.

    • I've enjoyed my start and I'm still enjoying it now.

    • Do work experience to see if you would enjoy it.
