My role as a project manager apprentice currently in the placement i am in is to make sure that change from the US has been authorised and to also manage the actions on a weekly basis
I have developed Knowledge, Strength and Integrity whilst doing this apprenticeship as i am being made to go out of my comfort zone.
I do enjoy my programme as it is not always the same day to day and can move about the business and discovering different functions and seeing if there is anything to develop.
It is organised to an extent, however depending on the scenario there are alot of last minute decisions which may be rushed but apart from that good.
I do receive a lot of support as can reach out if need help and also have reviews to express my concerns
I do recieve a good amount of support to make sure that I am able to pass my qualifications by the end of the apprenticeship.
Learning about the role is beneficial to the knowledge that goes behind some of the processes and ethics of the business. Rather than knowing what to do, you know the why.
Yes there is STEM activities and Stretch to get involved with and occasionally social gatherings within teams to make sure everyone has a good wellbeing
