  • My role as a Project Management Degree Apprentice means I study for my degree 1 day a week and then work on the Submarines programme for the other 4 days, setting up meetings, communicating with stakeholders, learning about the business and leaning project management skills in a work environment.

  • I have learnt how to produce a plan on a page, how to communicate effectively with stakeholders and engineers. I have developed my skills in organisation and time management, and schedule management.

  • I enjoy my programme a lot

  • It is well organised however could improve in some areas where communication is concerned between early careers and the university
