My role as a Project Management Degree Apprentice means I study for my degree 1 day a week and then work on the Submarines programme for the other 4 days, setting up meetings, communicating with stakeholders, learning about the business and leaning project management skills in a work environment.
I have learnt how to produce a plan on a page, how to communicate effectively with stakeholders and engineers. I have developed my skills in organisation and time management, and schedule management.

It is well organised however could improve in some areas where communication is concerned between early careers and the university
