during term time i spend Monday to Friday at college, learning the theory behind my apprenticeship. during half term i am up site, learning on the job with my colleagues who are training me.
i have developed my fine intricate skills and my patience while working
very much
its not great, but there are some signs of improvement. I am fortunate enough for my manager who has given me loads of opportunities in different areas of work, unlike other apprentices.
a lot, Im very fortunate
lots of support from the college.
the course at the college is more suited to another employer, but that is due to the input the other employer have put in.
as far as im aware there are some events
Yes
seems a great employer to work with in the long future
remain professional but don't be afraid to express yourself
