  • during term time i spend Monday to Friday at college, learning the theory behind my apprenticeship. during half term i am up site, learning on the job with my colleagues who are training me.

  • i have developed my fine intricate skills and my patience while working

  • very much

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • its not great, but there are some signs of improvement. I am fortunate enough for my manager who has given me loads of opportunities in different areas of work, unlike other apprentices.

  • a lot, Im very fortunate

  • lots of support from the college.

  • the course at the college is more suited to another employer, but that is due to the input the other employer have put in.

  • as far as im aware there are some events
