My 2D and 3D CAD skills have improved
The programme is enjoyable however at times it can be slow going
The structure is very flexible however sometimes there will be not much planned for you and you have to find something productive to fill the time
The team are really supportive and help in anyway they can if needed
The HNC is provided online which causes some struggles. It is up to you to get the support from the teachers if needed however once asked they are helpful.
They try to give specific examples where it may be relevant in the job. All the modules learnt can help me perform better in the role
There are a few activities you can get involved in if you wish
Yes
Overall, my experience has been very positive with BAE and I can see a career beyond my apprenticeship with the business
