Met majority of KSBs and improved on skills I had in previous employment.
I feel that whilst there are many opportunities for development, there is a strong lack of feeling valued and unheard.
Relatively. Any lack of organisation tends to come from UoC.
Early Careers are often supportive but sometimes feel any issues are out of their control.
Had numerous concerns with UoC that have gone unaddressed or ignored.
I feel the course is often too broad and doesn't typically feel relevant within the workplace.
There are plenty of STEM opportunities, however they are hard to get involved with due to numbers.
