  • I work on the transactional side of the business, trading assets. My day to day role includes preparing information memorandums, creating investor lists, putting together demographic reports and helping to create an associated financial model for investors to access. A second part of any process also includes setting up a virtual data room for when each project is launched.

  • I've learnt how to prepare high quality marketing materials when launching a project and have developed strong financial analytical skills.

  • I really enjoy my programme because I can use what I learn in my day to day role.

  • My programme is very organised and structured well that it is easy to work on the job. Deadlines are set reasonably and the lecturers are industry experts.

  • I received a study say per week which ensure I am always up to date with university work.

  • There is always a Q&A forum that is quite instantaneous proving support when needed.

  • The lectures are relevant with the day to day market.

  • My team ensures there is several professional networking events through the year.
