As a Account Manager we will be managing the relationship with customers to give the customer service, and help them with their It needs and offer solutions and advice.
I have developed my communication skills further with customers and colleges as well as my confidence since talking to customers.
I enjoy the company and people, the programme is also good with projects that make sense and reflect on our current role.
I think it is structured well as we have 3 projects and we need to show evidence of learning, in terms of organised they are understaffed but they are lovely people and are very helpful when we can catch them.
I receive a lot of support from my employer in terms of work issues and personal issues.
I believe I receive enough support for the qualifications such as project work and timesheets.
I feel that the wyboston trips help but we attended them too late, if we received this training sooner we could of progressed and preformed better sooner.
I attended the team nights out, as well as being a member of the green team and there are other teams in which I would like to join which relate to my hobbies.
