My role as a 360 consultant involves gaining exposure to all departments within consulting and developing skills necessary for when I choose to specialise in a department. I currently work in unstructured analytics which has put me into the world of trader surveillence
Coding, powerpoint, networking, soft skills in general such as presenting, understanding client needs, work life balance
I think it is really good as you do not have to commit to working in a particular field until you are 3 years down the apprenticeship and it gives me a level 4 and level 7 qualifications whilst getting exposure to how the profession works. You are essentially treated like a graduate.
They have people responsible for different things in your apprenticeship which is good. For example the exams and lectures for my qualification are booked for me. I can go to my resourcing manager for work, or my performance manager for general enquiries about my department..
All the resources are provided it is up to you how well you do
A lot beyond lecturers. The tutors have a space for any questions which they answer within 48 hours
It helps me understand the foundation of businesses and how they operate however not as much as a consultant more or less does not have qualifications but rather gets industry knowledge
Yes there is pretty much everything.

It is great to transform you from a student to a working professional.
