  • I enjoy my day to day working as an apprentice

  • It is very well organised with a good percentage of bookwork to practical work

  • I receive as much support as i need and when i need it

  • I am given all the support i need in order to complete my apprenticeship and gain the needed qualifications

  • My qualification directly impacts on my role therefore the more i learn the better i am at performing my job

  • Yes there are many different social and sports events that take place within the naval base. They are emailed to me on a weekly basis and can be joined at any time

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I'd recommend BAE to a friend due to the support the company gives to allow yourself to grow and develop into a competent fitter. They provide me with all the skillset to further my career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Research what role it is your interested in and take advantage of any open days at the training centre so that you learn how the process works. Be committed to the learning aspects of the role as well as the practical work
