Yes lots of skills covered in apprenticeship and provided opportunities to apply in workplace and further development such as stocks, cross training and p&l
Very structured but able to work through at own pace. Can be daunting wrapping head around evidence and EPA and criteria to be met
Employer willing to invest time and money into training. Gm and bdm interested in progress. Could be more involved with regular check ins and support
Some areas can be confusing, and lack of face to face conversations and meetings. Can feel as though left on own a lot.
