ive enjoyed learning new part of the business i work for also getting my english and maths
very my coach is amazing always there for anything we need and sets the day up perfectly
i think more support would have been helpful and shown they support the apprenticeship ive felt let down alot of the time
alot of help she has been amazing through this i would of quit the programme if it wasnt for her
so far it hasnt i was doing this to progress and that hasnt happened so once i have completed this i will be looking at moving on from where im working.
not as far as im aware
Yes
whitbread is a very good business overall but when you want more from your role you need to support yourself and not expect alot of help
make sure you have a good manager who would support you completely and never let you down its not the company thats the problem its people who are managers at sites that let them down
