All the time, continuously learning in my role whilst developing existing skills to help me do my job to the highest standard.
I enjoy my apprenticeship very much
Very well organized, I am told what's expected of me and what I need to develop. When training is planned in I am made aware and so are all other relevant parties.
I receive full support from my employer to fulfil my role, I feel confident asking for more support and additional training when required
Full support, I feel I get the support I require when I need it. Feel confident to ask for more support and training from the training provider when required. The training provider have provided additional support when I have asked in the past
