  • Preventative maintenance on tooling dies whilst being on call for reactive maintenance for tooling within a press shop environment

  • All the time, continuously learning in my role whilst developing existing skills to help me do my job to the highest standard.

  • I enjoy my apprenticeship very much

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organized, I am told what's expected of me and what I need to develop. When training is planned in I am made aware and so are all other relevant parties.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive full support from my employer to fulfil my role, I feel confident asking for more support and additional training when required

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Full support, I feel I get the support I require when I need it. Feel confident to ask for more support and training from the training provider when required. The training provider have provided additional support when I have asked in the past

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Overall NVQ has helped when writing up jobs as it is a chance to reflect on the jobs undertaken. HNC opens up thinking of different aspects of engineering but isn't directly related to my role but I enjoy it nevertheless

  • There is yes but I am not interested in this

  • Yes

  • BMW Group is a fantastic company to work for, I feel valued within the business and training has been provided to make me feel confident in my role. I am enjoying the apprenticeship and would recommend the programme to friends and family

  • Be confident and remember its also an opportunity for you to assess whether you want to work for the Company.
