I wouldn’t say I have learnt new skills but I have developed my current skill set and management style.
I enjoy the programme but I do feel like some of the online modules are a bit boring.
The programme is very well structured, with all modules listed and what date they are expected to be completed by.
I think it varies; I have support from some managers in the company and they are always happy to help however some managers do not offer support at all
I receive a good level of support from my learning coach, more than I expected to actually.
I do believe that the apprenticeship is helping me develop and perform my role better.
There are apprenticeship lunches we do as a region
