Back when I was completing the apprenticeship, my day to day role was as a Software Developer completing design, coding, test planning and execution. I'm now working as a Team Leader.
Many. Training in a number of technologies (Gen, UNIX, SQL, PL / SQL, Visual Studio, C# and more) and various different development tools. As well as technical skills, I've significantly developed my interpersonal skills through a number of relevant training courses and experience in the job.
When I did it, very much so and I have continued to enjoy my role here at Capgemini since then.
Very. Capgemini place considerable focus on recognition at all levels, in my experience.
It was very organised and structured.
I received as much support as was needed.
Huge amounts across any and all areas of my job.
Very well. In fact, back when I was completing the apprenticeship I would say the salary / package far exceeded any costs and certainly offered a much greater salary than most apprenticeship schemes I'm familiar with.
As many as individuals wish to pursue.
Yes
Capgemini offers huge potential to every employee and rewards appropriately. It has a great focus on bringing in "Junior Talent" and other employees within Capgemini have much respect for apprentices coming in from day one.
Prepare for your interview. Don't take "what your mate told you will be asked of you" as concrete as the assessments and interviews change each year and vary depending on the interviewer.
