Yes, I have developed multiple project management skills whilst on the job and at University. It has really helped develop my skills during the 2 years I have been here.
I really enjoy it. We have placements which are a year long, this allows me to get settled in within the team, but also move around different areas of the business
Its well organised, we moved placements the same month every year.
I have lots of support from both early careers and my placement team. I know I can talk to anyone and ask for help and will receive it.
I receive significant support from them, however as half of the delivery is done online its hard to make relationships with the tutor to ask out for help
They provide the knowledge for me to learn and use practically whilst on placement.
Yes, both early careers and my placement team holds social events on a regular basis
Yes
They help support your development throughout your apprenticeship. I have had a really enjoyable experience so far working for this company.
Research the company, not just the facts but what they do to help others, eg. the local community. Also research bits about the type of apprenticeship and get an idea of what it includes. And be yourself and be confident
