The apprenticeship involves me rotating through placements. This is great for someone who is new to the business as you gain an understanding of different departments. This helps you link departments together and understand how they work together.

Many new skills learnt since starting my apprenticeship.

Really enjoy my programme, all of my placements have helped me gain knowledge of the business and key skills.

Very well organised. My placements have been 3/4 months in different departments.

Lots of support from my employer.

Training provider is helpful, helping with any questions when they come to site.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification doesn't directly help me in my role. But helps me understand key things relating to business, which helps my understanding of the business.

Lots of social events. Football, work outings etc.

Yes

Great apprenticeship, such a big company, which opens you up to many opportunities to learn if you get involved with your team and want to learn.

Research, try and get an understanding of the business.
