  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme as I have the opportunity to work with likeminded people who will support me and enable me to improve. The work can be challenging due to obstacles like communication or organisation but most of the time my team will pull together to get it finished.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe that the programme has some good material such as engine maintenance units and material science, however I found that the schedule for the programme was confusing and I never knew if I needed to be in the classroom or be out in the business. sometimes the confirmation came with little notice.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I believe that BAE systems is a good company to work for as there are many growth and development opportunities within the company. The benefits like the shares and pensions are also a positive as well as a shares and cash bonus. BAE is a large company with lots of options.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • I would say to others who are thinking of applying to give it a go. It appears that the company is trying to grow due to the increased demand for apprentices and different trade apprenticeship options. I would also say that when applying, do not get down if you make a mistake, it is more about what you take from it and learn to move forward.
