I currently work as a project controller and manage cost and schedule requirements on a daily basis. This involves analysing data, reporting effectively on this whilst also incorporating stakeholder engagement with Operations and Office staff to ensure cost and schedule constraints are maintained on the project.
Yes many; Developed my confidence, my general IT skills. Also being exposed to a sector of work that i have never worked in or head of previously. I know confidently name parts of the product and challenge my team mates.
It was the best choice i could have ever made leaving school. I am constantly learning, the theory of Project Management but also applying it to real life problems too.

As i work on large scale projects, it could be easy to not see how to apply different PM skills in different phases of the project management lifecycle. Through working with the training provider it allows me to work in hypothetical situations.
