First year is college so I do different activities each day.
Developed my hands on skills and learnt new skills like PLC's, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and machining.
I enjoy my experience on my programme.
The experience is structured where you know what you will be doing on a day to day basis.
I receive a lot of support and help from my employer to make sure that I am doing what is needed from me.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider to make sure that I do what is needed and go above and beyond what is needed from me.
My qualification will give me the knowledge to do my role at the business.
Yes we get sent on trips to different places and in the first week got sent on a team building trip to a place called Skern lodge.

As it is a good and safe company that supports you through your journey on the apprenticeship.
I would make sure that they give it their all and try their hardest to get the role making sure they excell at what they need to do.
