My overview of the role I will be doing is repairing and maintaining the machinery and track within assembly and manufacturing of the plant.
I have majorly developed existing skills like lathe operations, hand skills and programming. As well as learning new skills like maintenance checks and structure.
I enjoy my program a lot so far and enjoy all aspects of it. And look forward to what I have to come to us.
The programme is well organised and very good. The college is sorted and expecting us and always have things to do when coming in on to site.
From the employer I receive more than enough support and help if needed and when needed.
towards my qualifications I receive enough support and help from the training providers as when needed to complete the lessons and assessments.
I feel that it really helps in the way we think and operate so that it is efficient and in the right mind set to work better and faster.
Skern lodge was one of the recent activities we done which allowed us to get to know one another in a less awkward and more settled and ice breaking situations.

It is a great company to work for and an interesting one too. They provide and help you as much as they can when you need it.
Try your best and give it your all to succeed and go the furthest you can. Be honest and your self as it will help you and the company to figure out what you are best for to operate on.
