  • Supervised and directed the duties of the warehouse Team Leaders & Associates. Delegate and assign tasks and targets and evaluate the work performance of the warehouse teams to ensure productivity levels are optimised and that customer orders are fulfilled within order lead times. Achieved department specific targets and identified root cause exceptions relating to under performance.
