  • I am the Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, managing a team of 9 who are responsible for sorting and loading large furniture items.

  • I`m more conscious now of different leadership styles, how and when to apply different approaches depending on circumstances. I improved my time management.

  • I enjoy my sessions with the coach as they are very informative. I struggle to keep up with assignments, however.
