I am the Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, managing a team of 9 who are responsible for sorting and loading large furniture items.
I`m more conscious now of different leadership styles, how and when to apply different approaches depending on circumstances. I improved my time management.
I enjoy my sessions with the coach as they are very informative. I struggle to keep up with assignments, however.
No concerns.
My line manager provides me with needed support (time, resource) to attend sessions and work on assignments.
Full support, not only during work but also out of office hours.
Very useful to learn new team management techniques.
Not that I am aware of.
