The apprenticeship was very good to start with, unfortunately I did not get to finish it. But everyone at the programme was really nice and lovely. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to do an apprenticeship to go for this one since it is very educational and very fun to do.
Yes, I have learned a few things about customers, the business itself and how to look after people. I know how to be accommodating and make sure all the customers get the best experience.
I did enjoy it for the time I was there. All the mentors and everyone was very nice. The programme itself is very straight forward. And very laid out. Everything is very detailed and any additional help you might need they can give you. I am very grateful to them for giving me the opportunity to do the apprenticeship.
As in my last answer, the programme is very detailed and well organised. You can get all the help you need with the apprenticeship and the mentors. They make sure that your health and wellbeing are okay and make sure that everyone is doing well.
You can receive a lot of support with the apprenticeship. Whether it is your mental health or anything else, they offer help with the programme and outside hours. They make sure that you know they are there for you and that they are open 24/7 for any messages. Very grateful.
You receive a lot of support with your qualifications and they give their best to give you this qualification. They will help you with anything and everything.
The apprenticeship is just more detailed and teaches you a lot about how to work more effectively and more respectfully.
Yes, we do different events at different times.
