I ensure customers needs are fulfilled, communicating with them on a daily basis through e-mails, phone call and face-to-face meetings.
I have developed my communication skills, time management skills and I am able to prioritise my workload better.
I enjoy learning new things and having the opportunity to work alongside the programme.
It is well organised and structured so that we are able to learn the role before commencing our learning which I found useful.
My employer and my colleagues are all very supportive of my learning.
I have a coach who is very supportive and understanding of what is required of me, they offer different levels of support.
