I have developed many skills such as team work, communication, confidence and presentation.
I enjoy the apprenticeship as there is a balance between the programme and my actual role. I have learnt a lot more while working here. It is a good experience.
The programme is structured well because you know the courses/training you must complete well before the deadline. There are deadlines set in place which give you a timeframe for how long it should take you.
I receive support from both Softcat and my training provider, they both help as much as they can with my role and with the apprenticeship.
My mentor from firebrand will set up regular calls to catch up with me and check on me. They are there when needed and I can reach out to them whenever.
The qualification provides training which can teach you a lot and you can learn a lot more skills.
Yes, we have fun events around the Softcat office regularly and this can be vendor days or our yearly kick off event which is for the whole of Softcat.
