I really enjoy learning about the business aspects of the job that I don’t get to learn about on shift. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
It is incredibly well organised with due dates for each individual assignment.
I have an apprenticeship coach at work who helps me with anything I need help with.
My training provider helps with anything I need help with and keeps me up to date on my work.
I feel the qualification better helps me understand the job I’m doing.
We do crew nights out occasionally and an annual Christmas party.
