In my job role, I am the first point of contact for all customers, meaning that I deal with all of their queries that they may have.
Working as a customer service agent has helped me be more confident in myself and also speak to others.
I love working as a customer service agent as you get to speak to different types of people. I also love the support you are provided with while working for Natwest Group.
My apprenticeship programme is amazing with a lot of support given if needed.
My employer is very good when needing support and anything we need help with, there is always someone there to aid us.
My trainer is amazing. When needing support while going through each class, he makes sure everyone understands before moving on.
I feel my apprenticeship has helped me with how I speak to customers, especially my attitude and tone of voice.
My work has a lot of different events daily for charities, teams organising things, team nights out, and much more.

I think Natwest is a great place to work, especially as you are given support whenever it is needed. It is a professional workplace, but also a friendly one.
Always put yourself out there and do not shy away. It helps you become more confident.
