I am encouraged and supported to learn Mace procedures and the importance of Health and Safety in my role by shadowing and being involved in projects.
Many, from public speaking to developing my formal writing.
I enjoyed it very much. I have gained knowledge as to how a large company works and how all the roles fit together as a team.
Very well. We often have days where we have to attend extra training or awareness where we are able to meet people from all over the business. This has helped me understand my role better and what I am able to work towards, as well as making me feel more involved in the Mace team.
A good amount. The main support has come from my line manger rather than the company as a whole. Within the whole company, I am aware I am just one of many employees.
Not much more than was required of them.
This has helped me learn more about the industry, but not so much the type of construction I am involved in at Heathrow Airport.
Frequent networking with people on and off my project.
Yes
Good support and prospects.
Keep applying.
