As an apprentice who is part of the Office Project Management team, I manage construction refurbishment projects of commercial office space within London on behalf of our clients.
The role has allowed me to develop various skills, from being able to strengthen my communications skills, time management, financial management, computer software skills and many more.
The role / programme is very dynamic with no two days being the same which I thoroughly enjoy.
The programme is structured very well.
There is as much support as you feel you need.
There is lots of support and communication, however due to the university being fully online, there are times where remaining motivated and disciplined to complete the work on time can be difficult. This is due to the fact that balancing work and studies can be challenging.
The qualification and role work very well together.
Lots of socials and activities.
