Managing shifts and team. Dealing with complaints and customers. Working on the floor or bar.
Learnt plenty of management skills and how to manage a team. Also learnt how to properly go about dealing with customers and how to train staff.
I enjoy my programme as it helps me understand how to be a manager, but also teaches the history of it.
It’s very well organised and I understand when work is overdue and needs to be completed.
I have lots of support from my employer, from time off to helping me with my work.
Lots of help, they’re always a text or call away if I need anything.
It goes into more depth and helps me understand what I need to do to perform better in my role.
