I have been given many opportunities to learn new skills and develop skills I already had.
I enjoy the apprenticeship. It gives me the opportunity to learn new skills and work with tools rather than in a classroom environment.
The structure is well planned but there is a lot of unexpected changes made, it is understandable considering the nature of the job.
I have received support and advice whenever I have needed help.
Support is available at any time through emailing management, from my experience they are very supportive.
I think the college experience gives the basic knowledge before entering the workplace.
