    • Running of the business. As General Manager I have full responsibility for the business and all its outcomes.

    • Plenty, dealing with different people and different situations has allowed me to grow as a person.

    • I enjoy learning new skills, find them long and hard to fit around my job.

    • I am very clear on what I need to do. As I said, I find it hard to fit the time in.

    • Yes, I get the time to see the coaches. I just find the Aptem work hard to complete.

    • Little, I rarely hear from coaches and I’m allowed to crack on alone.
