Making changes to different drawings, allowing myself to get an understanding of the drawings in general as well as the current project at the time.
I learnt about three dimensional designing as well as two dimensional drawing, in addition to document control and project planning around Microsoft packages such as Excel.
The environment allows for a fun and pleasant work space.
The programme that I am on is highly structured with evolving features.
I receive a lot of support from my employer having various people help with many things such as my understanding within the engineering projects as well as support with the education side of the programme.
From the training provider, we have monthly meetings with a designated support mentor to ensure that we are making progress within the qualification.
The qualification allows for a better understanding on tolerances as well as various different materials which are best to use within many applications.
Given that COVID is coming to a close, there are very few extra curricular activities to get involved in to allow for an increase in safety.

They provide a nice and welcoming environment to allow for quick progression and integration into industry environments.
