I help the PMO CoE, supporting project managers.
I have developed my confidence and networking skills. I have learnt financial skills as well and am excited to learn more from my employer.
Learning new skills, and gaining experience.
I feel supported by my team and employer.
I do not really get enough support from my apprenticeship provider, especially from my apprenticeship coach / assessor.
I am always aiming for the best, staying positive to achieve my goals and I feel motivated to perform better especially with my employers support.

I have never seen a company that cares so much about their employees, supporting their journey, helping them thrive and learn new skills everyday. I feel super happy working in NatWest.
Be yourself and do not be afraid to make mistakes as that is how we learn. Do not be afraid to ask questions. If you are curious, learning is fun.
