The day-to-day running of a pub/restaurant.
I have learnt a considerable amount of new skills while studying for my apprenticeship, I am lucky enough to have seen how other parts of the company work and made some great connections along the way.
I have loved the opportunities the qualification has given me! At times the assignments have been tough, but extremely rewarding!
Fantastic, we were given timetables in advance. My line manager and brand have allowed me to take the time I have needed to complete studies and given me the chance for some fantastic off the job training opportunities.
I could not have asked for better support, my mentor, line manager and brand were all amazing! There are so many roles with the company that I never knew existed, from sustainability to finance. Everyone was happy to help.
I have all the support I have asked for. A mixture of online and face-to-face learning worked well for me, giving me plenty of chances for catch ups with tutors and mentors.
The training I have received has given me confidence to perform to the best of my abilities.
Not that I have taken part in.
Yes
They have given a great range of opportunities over the last 12 years!
Go for it, set your own goals and make sure everyone knows what you are setting out to achieve. There is a great group of people out there who will help you every step of the way!
