Directly speaking to clients, managing their account and conducting their orders (trades, payments etc).
Developed skills of client communication and working within a team.
The programme is good, but the training provider/university side could be more efficient.
The programme is moderately organised. Timelines of communication could be better.
The employer fully supports the one day a week for study.
The support is good as lectures are designed for the qualification.
There is a limited link between role and training provider, espeically within some modules.
