Delivery of statutory training. Organisation of training plans. Communication with staff, managers and team.
Very much so! This programme has helped me to understand the reasons behind my actions, I have learned a lot of theory about learning styles and how to adapt my training to suit. I have also increased my understanding of communication skills.
I have very much enjoyed my learning. The project for my end point assessment was a real challenge, and stretched me far beyond my usual day-to-day way of working.
It has been fantastic. HIT have been amazing, and the support from my line manager has been second to none. From the start, I knew exactly how to prepare for the end point assessment, and the online workshops were built to achieve the best.
Huge amount of support. I feel very lucky to have had this opportunity.
Again very supportive. Some great online workshops, a very supportive learning mentor who always was available when I needed him.
I am definitely a better trainer as a result of completing this qualification. I have a better understanding of how to work within the team, and how to support individuals to be the best they can be.
Not that I am aware of.
Yes
I have worked for Barchester for a number of years, and have been supported to build my career from a part-time carer to where I am today.
You will get out of the company what you put in. You can achieve anything if you put your mind to it and are willing to work. But nothing is handed to you on a plate.
