Managing a team of 30 people on a day-to-day, running tasks, recruiting, managing orders for food, drink and consumables. Dealing with legislation, contracts and ensuring the safety procedures.
Everyday is a new day and I learn something new.
I do not think that I am enjoying it because I am a full-time general manager and do not have enough time.
I think the programme is structured okay, but is not really relevant for my role.

I think that my training provider is very professional and will always give me good advice on how to complete tasks.

Yes, I am organising a lot of charity events and I am working very closely with the village community and taking part with community activities in the village.
