my role involves completing project deliverables whilst working as part of a design team.
i have developed some existign skills relating to CAD and developed my maths skills
the course is very draining and takes up all of my spare time.
the course is well organised but if it could be done over summer as well it would shorten the length of time it takes, drastically.
my employer currently offers very little support. the only support i am getting is from my mentor.
Lecturers are good with support as well as career support.
i feel i am progressing through the qualification well.
i am not kept in the loop regarding extra events to attend etc.
Yes
the working environment is great and the flexibility is helpful. It is very easy and comfortable to work for Cavendish however, the pay disparity compared to other businesses makes it difficult to turn down other offers.
