A mix of shop floor learning and development, alongside project work with lots of online tasks and research to do

A wide range of skills have been developed across the past few months but my main one has been communication and understanding mechanical processes to create product.

It is useful however I haven’t done much uni work as we haven’t been there over 1 week yet. I’m sure my role will be improved soon.

Go out in town or for meals with work. And go to the gym with people from work

Once you’ve completed the assessment center, it’s all a breeze from there
