My role consists of creating content to be used over a variety of digital media. For example, I would create and schedule social media posts. I also would create webpages and use SEO techniques to ensure they can be found in search.
Throughout the apprenticeship, I have developed my skills as well as learned new ones. This includes my design skills, video producing, content writing as well as social media marketing and SEO to name a few.
I have enjoyed developing my skills as well as learning new ones. I have also enjoyed learning about the industry whilst working with my tutor and colleagues.
Initially, it did not seem very structured and I was confused about the programme until my tutor joined a few months in and it all made sense.
Quite a lot, but could be better.
In the beginning, none at all until my tutor joined a few months in and gave me all the support I needed.
I do not feel that the training provider helped me perform better in my role as it was more focused on developing my portfolio and getting EPA-ready. However, whenever I had any questions based on my role, my tutor always gave me support.

The boss and team are nice and it is a flexible company to work for.
It would be great if you had a diverse skill set in the digital media sector including social media, SEO, web design and development.
