Attracting the best external Retail and Corporate talent to Mitchells and Butlers by acting as the company’s key contact for digital/paid attraction and to own the company attraction plan.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The mains skills I use are social recruiting, employer branding, verbal and written communication skills, project management and agency management skills.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as it has really pushed me to develop myself and view things in a more strategic way. This has helped me develop at work and take on new roles and responsibilities.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured - I know exactly what to do when and have frequent check ins with my tutor.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very well supported - this is my second apprenticeship that they have helped me with.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider helps me every step of the way with my qualifications and i always understand exactly what I need to do to achieve this.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualifications not only helps me to perform better in my role, it has also helped me be promoted into a new role, and supported my transition into a new team.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are award events like the PRIDE awards, socials at the office, team building activities and many more competitions to get involved in.
