HR management, i look after the frontline support teams that provide generalist support to management and retail team members across the business.
I have grown my network and now understand that there are a variety of ways to improve overall business performance through HR strategy. Linking our people plan to key outputs applies a continued focus.
I enjoyed the apprenticeship as a whole, I particularly enjoyed the networking and face to face elements.
The programme was well organised and structured. I progress tracked well alongside my role.
I had lots of support from my employer, from line management to the wider HR team offering time and opportunities to refining my learning and experiences.
I received a good level of support, as and when I needed it.
I believe that the training I have had has given me the confidence to act as an HR professional which in turn drives my overall performance in my role.
I am involved in several networks outside of the office, notably MSSF.
