Learning and practicing mechanical skills on a variety of military vehicles.
Having little previous mechanical experience I have learnt a variety of new skills.
I enjoy all the new things that I learn and being able to work on a variety of vehicles keeps the job interesting.
We are able to work in a variety of departments by working in rotations so that we can have more experience.
We have constant support from our supervisors on the shop floor, our workplace managers and those that are in the apprenticeship scheme.
Our employers try to provide us with the best possible opportunities to succeed within the business and with gaining our qualifications.
We are able to learn and practice basic hand tool skills through our qualification that help us in our job role.
There are many organisations set up within the organisation to represent equality and diversity within the workplace.
