  • My role is a digital marketeer and my job is to help contribute to the overall objective of the company through digital marketing.

  • Automation for the whole customer journey outbound, from creating the database all the way to turning them through a marketing funnel to a sales-qualified lead.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy the programme of study. It has helped me grow in confidence and improve my professional career through learning new units and industry knowledge.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is structured and organised, however could be improved by making sure the online timetables match up with the teachers and having the online links all working correctly. But overall, it is very well structured and looked after.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager fully supports me and my degree and is really good at letting me develop and grow. He makes sure I have all the support I need and trusts and respects me to work individually when needed.

  • I have received a lot of support from MMU, and they are always happy to have 1:2:1s with lectures to ensure I can achieve the highest mark possible.

  • Massively, a degree will provide me with the qualification needed to have a professional dream job in marketing and the apprenticeship provides the years of industry experience to make me above the other graduates.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We do monthly lunch and learns, where as a team, we undergo different training over lunch and then we do have social activities afterwards every quarter to have a social side to the job.

  • Be mindful of your attitude as Ciptex want A-class attitude people, but are happy to teach them the skills they need.
