Serving customers face to face or via email or telephone in supplying their tool hire requirements. This may involve delivering or collecting equipment and there is servicing of tools required.
English level 2. Tool hire day-to-day management.
There is not a lot of written work involved and evidence gathering so it saves a lot of time.
Well organised, but could do with in-between meetings to discuss ideas on the module or if they are stuck with anything.
Very supportive, especially now new staff can take pressure away from how busy this branch is.
He guides what tasks need completing and how to complete these with clear guidance and a workable timeline given.
