Day-to-day, I support the class teacher in my classroom. I help students with their work and also provide spelling and Maths lessons to small groups.
I have already developed my confidence and communication skills. I feel confident in delivering learning in an effective way. By talking to different people from Inspire, I have built confidence in talking to new people, which I used to find hard.
I enjoy going to work everyday. My placement is great and I always feel supported both by the staff in my placement and the staff from Inspire ATA and LMP education.
Having monthly meetings and constant phone/email contact allows me to understand what work I need to complete and what I will be learning next.
Communication is great. I always feel supported by the team who oversee my apprenticeship. If I have any issues, I know I will have someone to contact who will reply to me quickly. Having a key person to contact also helps, having check ins shows support.
Support is great. The company always check in to see how I’m getting on in my placement and they always provide consistent meetings and lessons to help further my knowledge and CPD.
Constant information is provided that helps me complete my job effectively. Online training provides information I can transfer into my workplace.

Yes
I would recommend because the company provide constant support and learning opportunities that help support you in the workplace and out of your workplace. You don’t feel alone and you feel like you are cared about, not just as an employee.
Take full advantage of the chance to communicate with people and join in on all learning opportunities that are provided.
