Cleaning and setting up rooms, organising stock and general cleaning.
I have learned all about how a hotel is run, both logistically and practically.
The programme has been excellent, well organised and easy to follow.
The programme is evenly spaced and well scheduled.
My employer has always been keen and willing to help when necessary.
My provider is always available and helpful whenever I have questions or needs.
I have developed my understanding, especially in fields outside of my initial training, so I am better equipped to help out with tasks.
