Helping electrical fitters with electrical installation and maintenance.
I am always developing new electrical skills, especially my hands on skills.
I enjoy the fact I am working on board naval vessels.
Not very.
I get good support from my team leader and my work colleagues, but I do not hear from the early careers team very often.
I get support when doing my own learning with the knowledge questions and job reports, but there is a lack of communication from my training provider and my workplace as they expect me to be able to do my coursework while being busy at work.
It does not really help my day to day work at all.
I do not really hear of anything. Only social events.
